Zodiac affects your food habits (Part 2)

This article is a completion of a journey of bringing to you the food habits of the Zodiac signs. It lists food habits/attitude for the latter 6 signs & a list of few healthy food choices as per each Zodiac.

September 22nd - October 23rd: Librans are a great host & are more about the appearance & the flair around food than the food itself. They relish sweet treats. Their healthy food intake includes - Strawberries, raisins, almonds, seafood & poultry.

October 23rd - November 22nd: Scorpions love spicy food & if they take up cooking, they do an excellent job of skilfully combining the ingredients & the spices. Some of their healthy food intake includes - Figs, black cherries, milk, yogurt, fish & green salads.

November 22nd - December 21st: Sagittarians love to experiment with food & they'll be the first to try a new dish or a strange ingredient. Some of their healthy food intake includes - Raw salads, green peppers, whole-grain cereals, broiled poultry, eggs & oranges.

December 21st - January 20th: Capricorns love homemade food. They need their food on schedule & while eating they need a calm & relaxed environment. Some of their healthy food intake includes - Celery, cabbage, broccoli, lean protein & buttermilk.

January 20th - February 18th: Aquarians easily share their food, they like informal dining & are not fussy eaters. Some of their healthy food intake includes - Corn, lentils, almonds, lobster & peaches.

February 18th - March 20th: Pisceans celebrate food & appreciate food as a way to show love & care. Some of their healthy food intake includes - Lamb, egg yolks, dates, raisins & grapes.
