Baked Pakora

Pakoras are one of the most popular, most-served Iftar appetizers. Traditionally, these are made with Besan (Gram flour) batter and vegetables like potatoes and onions and are deep fried. Our chef Anju Rajan has converted this delightful appetizer recipe into a healthier one - a recipe for baking pakoras. Baked pokaras are healthy and taste the same. Now you can eat baked pokoras, enjoy and also feel good. So we call it guilt-free! If you are looking to skip all the oil but still get that same delicious flavor, these baked pakora is the way to go...
