Milk Cream

Milk Cream
  • 1 litre milk
  • 450 grams sugar
  • 100 grams ground cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  1. Boil milk on a slow flame until it's half the quantity
  2. Add sugar & stir continuously till the mixture thickens
  3. Once it's nice & thick & all the sugar has dissolved, add the ground cashew nut powder.
  4. Make sure the mixture doesn't stick to bottom of the vessel.
  5. When you see bubbles at the edge of the vessel, it means it's nearly ready.
  6. You will need to take out a little to taste it & test its consistency
  7. You can then remove the mixture & let it cool.
  8. Once it cools then you can put it in moulds.
