Jam Strudel Recipe
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup Jam (of your choice)
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll the pastry lightly with a rolling pin.
  3. Cut the pastry into smaller square-shaped sheets & slit the the edges
  4. Put jam down the middle of the pastry lengthwise
  5. Seal the pastry by using a bit of water on your fingers
  6. Place the slits crosswise to seal the pastry (it will look like braids)
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 min or until golden brown
